YOU SHOULD TO GIVE UP: RED MEATS, COFFEE, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES,DAIRY, FAST FOODS OR OTHER MUCUS- PRODUCING FOODS FRIED FOODS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED NEED TO EAT MUCH OF: FRUITS, GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES ,WHOLE GRAINS LIKE BROWN RICE, ETC.
Recommendation: Take One Packet Of Tiao He Cleanse 15 Minutes Before Meals Up To Twice Times A Day With 8 Oz. Of Spring Water And 2 Tablespoons Of -Liquid Chlorophyll.
